Product Questions

Q: The regulations require that I keep training records. Does this course help with that?

A: Yes. After passing the course, you will receive a certificate. You should print and save your certificate for your records. You may log back in to reprint your certificate for a period of three years from the date of completion.

The employer remains responsible for maintaining training records.

A: Your course access will expire 90 days after you receive log in information.

Q: If I do not pass the test within two attempts and need to retake the course, will I need to pay for the course again?

A: No. Users do not need to repay to retake the course. The license is active for 90 days, so you can retry as many times as you would like within the 90 day time-frame without repaying.

Technical Questions

Q: I just purchased my training, how do I access my files?

A: Within two hours of placing your order (during business hours) you will receive an email containing a link to activate your training.

After clicking the link, you will be taken to a login screen to link the training to your profile.

If you do not have a profile, you also have the option to create one at that time.

Note: The name on the training profile will be the name listed on the training certificate

Q: The course is not advancing to the next slide. What is happening, and what should I do?

A: Some courses require you to select the correct answers to knowledge checks before continuing. Check to make sure that you have selected the correct answer or answers (in the case of a question that allows you to select more than one option). If the problem persists, email TECHSUPPORT@labelmaster.com for assistance. A screenshot will help us resolve the issue more quickly.
